Are we a good match?

I have a heartfelt passion for supporting older adolescents and adults, particularly those encountering anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I understand the unique challenges faced at these stages, and I am committed to guiding you through these periods of change and uncertainty. Facing such emotional hurdles can often feel overwhelming, but together, we'll develop strategies to manage these issues. By delving into your experiences and emotions, our sessions will aim to foster strength, resilience, and personal growth. You are not alone in your struggle, and I earnestly look forward to assisting you in this journey towards improved mental well-being.

You're on a deeply personal journey and you're not seeking just any therapist, but someone who understands your world, your uniqueness, and your challenges. You're tired of feeling the weight of systemic oppression, the constant whisper that something is wrong with you, and you're eager to shed that burden. It's not just about combating isolation; you're here to reconnect with yourself and the world around you.

You're seeking a deeper, more authentic engagement with life. You are ready for a partnership, a collaboration where together, we'll navigate life's challenges, and overcome negative feelings.

In therapy, I'm going to meet you exactly where you are - no judgments, no rush, just you and your experiences.  I will tailor our approach using various techniques like cognitive-behavioral therapy, relational-cultural therapy, mindfulness, and narrative therapy to suit your unique circumstances.

Your experiences, your identity – they matter.  I am proudly queer and love to work with clients who are LGBTQIA+.  I'm here to support you in embracing your unique identity and overcoming life's challenges. Join me on an empowering journey to celebrate your individuality. Take the first step today.

My commitment to creating safe spaces aligns seamlessly with Healing Spaces' mission. In my roles as an HIV Medical Case Manager and Outreach Specialist, I've had the privilege of working with communities facing seemingly insurmountable challenges (housing insecurity, mental and physical illnesses, and substance use). I've always believed in showing up with a deeply caring, calm, and attentive presence for my clients, setting the stage for nonjudgmental dialogue.

I am also here to help you navigate the complexities of love and partnership. Are you seeking support for your relationship, whether it's traditional or not? Do you want to strengthen your connection and overcome challenges? You deserve happiness and fulfillment in your journey, and I'm dedicated to providing the guidance and support you need. Take the first step towards a healthier, happier relationship today. You don't have to navigate it alone.
