Anxiety, Depression & Coping with Life in 2023

I am deeply committed to helping individuals navigate the complex terrain of anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Whether you're grappling with the weight of anxiety, the darkness of depression, or the uncertainty that life transitions can bring, I am here to provide a safe and supportive space for your journey.

With evidence-based practices and a compassionate approach, I aim to empower you to conquer these challenges, rewrite your narrative, and embark on a path toward a more fulfilling and contented life. Let's work together to find the resilience and strength within you to overcome these obstacles and embrace the opportunities that change can bring.

Inclusive and Compassionate Counseling

With competencies in working with clients from diverse backgrounds, I'm here to provide you with a safe, judgment-free space.

Whether you're part of the LGBTQ+ community, come from a diverse racial or ethnic background, or are navigating unique challenges, my goal is to offer support that resonates with your experiences.

I am passionate about working with clients who are ready to dive into the complexities of their privileged and target identities. Together, we'll uncover insights that contribute to your personal growth and empowerment. Let's create a narrative that embraces your true self and celebrates your journey.

Together, we'll create a space where you can freely examine the role of racial identity, privilege, and intersectionality in your life. Whether you're curious about your own journey or seeking to foster understanding and inclusion, I'm dedicated to providing a supportive environment for self-discovery and growth.

My commitment to creating safe spaces aligns seamlessly with Healing Spaces' mission. In my roles as an HIV Medical Case Manager and Outreach Specialist, I've had the privilege of working with communities facing seemingly insurmountable challenges (housing insecurity, mental and physical illnesses, and substance use). I've always believed in showing up with a deeply caring, calm, and attentive presence for my clients, setting the stage for nonjudgmental dialogue.

Exploring how societal inequalities affect mental health can empower you to reclaim control over your narrative and embrace your identity with pride.

Collaborative Empowerment to Overcome Mental Health Challenges

Through collaboration, empowerment, and innovative approaches, I'll help you rewrite your narrative and embrace your authentic self. If you're seeking to explore your identity, navigate transitions, or overcome obstacles, I'm here to be your guide on this transformative journey.

My skills and experience in collaborating with clients and colleagues to ensure thoughtful and effective care make me uniquely qualified for this role. I'm passionate about assisting clients in reaching the next level of thriving in their lives, whether they're facing transitions or seeking to overcome obstacles.

If you're ready to explore your identity, navigate transitions, and embrace empowerment, I'm here to be your partner in this transformative process. Let's work together to unlock your potential and create a brighter future. Reach out to schedule a session and take the first step toward growth, healing, and opportunity.
