Are we a good match?

Navigating the complexities of adulthood can be both exhilarating and overwhelming. I understand the challenges that come with academic pressures, the intricacies of identity exploration, the importance of setting and enforcing boundaries, and the profound impact of personal changes. My purpose is to offer insights and strategies that empower you to navigate transitions with resilience and confidence.

With over five years of experience working closely with verbal and nonverbal adolescents, including autistic teens, I've honed my skills in helping clients, like you, cope with severe emotional and behavioral challenges.

My therapeutic approach is a blend of directness and honesty, infused with patience, empathy, and kindness. This will allow us to form a connection to help you overcome obstacles and foster growth.

I'm genuinely enthusiastic about joining an organization like Healing Spaces that aligns with my values. The commitment of Healing Spaces to provide core counseling services while offering dedicated support specifically for Black women deeply resonates with me. I firmly believe that advocating for the well-being of Black women is fundamental for meaningful societal change. Together, we can strive towards a future where every individual receives the care they deserve.

My focus on empowerment seeks to help you reclaim your narrative, dismantle societal barriers, and break free from limitations. Through our collaborative journey, our goal is to build a strong foundation of self-worth, self-acceptance, and self-empowerment. This process will equip you with the tools not just to navigate life's challenges but to flourish as a resilient, empowered Black woman.

In our therapeutic collaboration, the emphasis will always be on growth. Together, we'll work to enhance your well-being and provide you with the necessary tools and skills to thrive despite adversities. Collaboration fosters growth, and I'm here to support you every step of the way.
