Are we a good match?

Are you ready to make changes in your life, just know that you don't have to take the step alone. I am a dedicated mental health guide, here to walk with you through all of life's transitions.

At Healing Spaces, we recognize the bravery it takes to seek support. My internship here, while completing my Master's Degree, has equipped me with unique insights and a flexible approach to therapy that honors your individuality. Here, you'll find more than counseling—you'll discover a partnership that thrives on mutual trust and respect.

I have specialized experience working with Black women facing anxiety and depression, as well as autistic teens and adults, and clients with ADHD and other conditions. My work with survivors of sexual assault and severe trauma has taught me how to handle the most sensitive situations with care and compassion. y proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is ever-expanding. I am also exploring Gestalt therapy to provide you with a wide range of support options.

As I evolve from an intern to a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC), my desire is to enrich my practice in ways that directly benefit you. Whether it's working with couples, supporting Black men, or exploring the healing potential of somatic therapy, I am committed to growing alongside you.

Your voice is the cornerstone of my therapeutic approach. In our sessions, you'll find a safe space to be heard and validated, where your feelings and experiences take center stage. My goal is to not only listen but to equip you with actionable strategies that make a difference in your life right now.

Imagine leaving each session feeling empowered, with a clearer understanding of yourself and the tools to manage life's challenges. That's the transformation I am passionate about facilitating. With me by your side, you'll build resilience, self-acceptance, and a foundation of strength that will serve you long after therapy has concluded.

Take the leap towards a life where you flourish despite adversity. Reach out to Healing Spaces and ask for Sydney—a mental health ally who's eager to help you reclaim your narrative and soar. Together, let's turn the page to a chapter where your well-being is the heart of the story.
