Play-Based Therapy for Young Children
Helping young children express themselves and work through challenges requires creativity, patience, and a fun, engaging approach. I specialize in play-based therapy that meets kids where they are, turning therapy into an approachable and meaningful experience. Through games, activities, and expressive techniques, children can explore their feelings, develop coping skills, and build confidence in a safe and supportive environment. My goal is to help your child feel understood, supported, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges.
Supporting “Resistant” or Reluctant Clients
Some children and teens may seem "too cool" for therapy or may resist participating at first. That's normal, and I'm here to meet them where they are. Using individualized strategies, I work to engage young clients, build trust, and make therapy relatable and fun. Together, we'll help your child or teen feel comfortable opening up, exploring their emotions, and developing tools to succeed both in and out of therapy.
Affirming Support for Autistic Individuals
Being autistic in a world not always designed for you comes with its own unique set of strengths and challenges. I provide neurodiversity-affirming therapy for autistic children, teens, and young adults that celebrates who you are while helping you identify the supports, strategies, and accommodations that allow you to thrive. My goal is never to change you; it is to help you better understand yourself, advocate for your needs, and build a life that works for you.
Therapy for Young Adults
The transition into adulthood is one of the most exciting, and overwhelming, seasons of life. Whether you are navigating college, early career pressures, shifting relationships, or simply trying to figure out who you are and where you belong, this period brings a unique set of challenges that deserve real, thoughtful support. I work with young adults up to age 30 who are managing anxiety, identity exploration, life transitions, self-esteem, and more. My approach is direct, collaborative, and built around your goals; no fluff, no judgment, just a space where you can show up honestly and start making sense of it all.
Your Path to Growth
Whether you, your child, or your teen needs help expressing emotions, managing behavior, or gaining deeper insight into themselves, I provide a compassionate, individualized approach tailored to where you are right now. Together, we will create a safe, engaging space to build resilience, develop real skills, and grow with confidence.
