Partner With Us to Bring Mental Health Care to Your Community
Your community deserves access to quality mental health care. So does your workforce. So do the children in your schools, the families in your programs, and the people your organization serves every day.
At Healing Spaces Psychological Services, we do not wait for people to find us. We go where the need is.
Through strategic partnerships with nonprofits, schools, courts, employers, and community organizations across St. Louis, we bring culturally responsive, trauma-informed therapy, psychological assessment, and mental health training directly to the communities that need it most.
If you are looking for a trusted mental health partner to serve your clients, your employees, or your community, you are in the right place.
Why Partner With Healing Spaces?
When you partner with Healing Spaces, you are investing in a practice that was built with purpose. We were founded to serve communities that have historically been underserved, over-pathologized, and left out of the mental health conversation, and that foundation shapes everything we do. But our doors, and our expertise, are open to everyone.
What sets us apart is not just what we know. It is what we have lived. Our team brings firsthand understanding of the experiences that shape mental health: navigating racism, immigration, military service, neurodivergence, queerness, motherhood, and more. We do not just read about these experiences in textbooks. We carry them. And that makes us better clinicians for every person who walks through our door.
Here is what that means for the people you serve:
They will feel seen. Our therapists understand the lived experiences of Black and Brown communities, immigrants, LGBTQIA+ individuals, women, veterans, neurodivergent people, and anyone who has ever felt like the mental health system was not built for them. We close that gap.
They will receive quality care. Our team includes numerous licensed clinicians offering therapy and comprehensive psychological assessment, all under one roof. We know what we are doing, and we do it well.
They will show up. The hardest part of mental health care is getting people in the door and keeping them there. When the right provider meets the right person, that problem solves itself. Our clients come back because the care works, and that is what we bring to every partnership.
What We Offer
Therapy
Services
Individual, group, and family therapy provided on-site at your location or at our Clayton office. We specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, identity, relationships, parenting, veterans and military families, neurodivergent individuals, and more. We serve children, teens, and adults.

Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
Bring mental health support directly to your workforce. We work with organizations to develop customized EAP services that give employees access to confidential, culturally responsive counseling, without the barriers that keep people from using traditional EAP programs.

Training, Speaking & Workshops
Our team delivers engaging presentations, trainings, and customized workshops. Topics include trauma-informed practices, stress management, parenting, and workplace mental health. We have presented for organizations, healthcare institutions, schools, and the media, bringing the same expertise to where we go.

Our Partners
We are proud to have partnered with organizations across St. Louis who share our commitment to expanding access to quality mental health care. Below are just a few of the partners we have had the honor of working with. Interested in joining them? Let's talk!
Let's Work Together
Your organization has a mission. So do we. And when those missions align, the impact is real, for the individuals you serve, for your community, and for the mental health landscape in St. Louis.
Whether you have an existing program that needs mental health services, a workforce that needs support, or a community that deserves better access to care, we want to hear from you.
We are not a one-size-fits-all provider. Every partnership we enter is built around the specific needs of the organization and the people they serve. Tell us what you need, and we will build something that works!

Frequently Asked Questions
How does a partnership work financially? In most partnerships, the organization or funder pays Healing Spaces directly to provide services to their clients, students, or employees. This allows individuals to receive care at no cost to them. We work with nonprofits, grant-funded programs, government agencies, and employers. Contact us to discuss rates and structure.
Do you offer EAP services for employers? Yes. We are actively expanding our Employee Assistance Program offerings and welcome conversations with employers of all sizes who want to provide meaningful mental health support to their workforce.
Can you come to our location? In many cases, yes. We have experience running on-site clinics and embedded services at partner locations across St. Louis. We also offer telehealth across Missouri for partners whose clients or employees are not located near Clayton.
Do you work with grant-funded programs? Yes. We have experience working within system-of-care models and grant-funded frameworks. We are comfortable with the documentation, accountability, and reporting requirements that come with funded partnerships.
What size organizations do you work with? All sizes. From small community nonprofits to school districts to large employers; we are open to conversations with any organization that shares our commitment to expanding access to quality, culturally responsive mental health care.
How do we get started? Reach out through our contact page and let us know a little about your organization and what you are looking for. We will follow up to schedule a conversation and explore whether we are a good fit!
