Diagnosing ADHD

Diagnosing Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is more time-consuming and complex than taking a 5-minute quiz online. While that might indicate you (or your child) has trouble paying attention, sitting in their seat, taking one's turn, is talkative and/or forgetful, a comprehensive evaluation can help determine the significance of these symptoms, and whether they are due to ADHD, or another mental health disorder.

A qualified mental health professional (e.g, psychologist) diagnoses ADHD through a series of cognitive and learning assessments, rating scales, and checklists completed by you and someone who has observed your behavior, detailed interviews about one's behavior and past, observations, and by reviewing report cards and other historical data.

Whether you have a child struggling in school or home, or you are an adult seeking answers to why you have been struggling for so long, we can help you get the answers and clarity you are looking for.

This fee covers the entire evaluation: clinical interview, all testing (e.g., cognitive, memory, learning, executive functioning, behavior, emotional screener), any collateral contact or interviews with teachers or other individuals, a comprehensive report, and a feedback session to go over the results of the evaluation.

FEE: $2350
